As you can see, the word 'medicine' has many definitions and so it is important to, first, establish which areas of medicine this blog will cover and what aims it will hopefully achieve. As an aspiring medical student, I believe it is important for me to have a broad understanding of the subject and to be able to share my knowledge with others (through this blog), after all, becoming a doctor is all about sharing and caring. In a few month's time, I am hoping to have covered...
- the different jobs available in the field of medicine, especially the different types of doctors,
- what I learned through my work experiences,
- interesting lectures I attended,
- any health related and relevant news/ breakthroughs,
- and finally, why I want to become a doctor.
